Whether she’s creating designs, engaging with product strategy, or trend forecasting, Haley is guided by her strong, finely-tuned eye. Having spent fifteen years honing her aesthetic while working in home furnishings and fashion design, Haley brings unparalleled precision and passion to every decision she makes as both a designer and a consultant. The result? A strong show of color, captivating textures and patterns, and an eye for detail and craftsmanship all come together to define her work.

 

Harnessing the ability design has to create meaning and soul, underpinned the eight years she spent with The Citizenry– where she led all of the brand’s design and product strategy, creating for it a cohesive, instantly recognizable aesthetic. In the process, she played a key role as the business's sales grew 15x from 2016 to 2022. As purpose, independence, and impact became clearer drivers of where her career was headed, Haley left corporate life in 2023 to prioritize her own creative endeavors and launch her consultancy practice. 

 

Born with a traveler’s soul, Haley has carried her insatiable curiosity around the globe, connecting on the ground with artisans in order to curate handmade collections rooted in her core value embedded in the importance of ethical sourcing. Haley has happily undertaken challenges that come with artisanal production that most designers don’t encounter. An adept and innovative problem solver, Haley knows how important it is to be flexible during the design process. Navigating each producer’s unique capabilities—while keeping sustainability in the forefront of her mind—usually means that unplanned pivots have to be made. It’s these unscripted changes, however, that give the end result a beauty that cannot be replicated.
